We would like to inform you of some important updates to our delivery and return services as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance your shopping experience and expand the range of products available to you. These changes aim to provide greater product selection and more flexible options for returns and deliveries, all designed with your convenience in mind.

What’s Changing?

  1. New Delivery Partner: We are pleased to introduce Evri as our new courier partner. Evri will now handle all deliveries, providing you with reliable service and improved delivery tracking. With Evri, you can choose delivery to a nearby Parcel Shop or direct home delivery by courier for added convenience.
  2. EU-Based Shipping & Returns: To streamline our logistics, all orders will now be shipped from within the European Union (Poland), and returns will also be directed back to the EU. This change allows us to offer access to a broader selection of products and simplifies customs formalities for a smoother delivery and return experience.
  3. Streamlined Returns and Complaints: Our revised process makes it easy to handle returns through Evri Parcel Shops, providing more accessible and seamless returns. Please note that, to support your shopping convenience, your first return or complaint per order is free of charge, with Reserved covering all associated costs and customs formalities. For any additional returns, shipping costs and customs fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Improved Product Selection: With these updates, we can now offer a broader selection of products across our categories, giving you greater access to the latest trends and styles.
  5. Updated Store Services: In line with these changes, we have adjusted our in-store services. Click & Collect delivery to stores and in-store returns are no longer available. However, with our convenient options through Evri, you can still easily manage deliveries and returns through Parcel Shop points or directly to your address.
  6. Orders Placed Before October 28, 2024: Customers who placed their orders before October 28, 2024, will continue to follow the previous return policies. For these orders, the original return procedures and terms remain in effect.
