When to Use This Option

Returning items at your own cost may be necessary in the following situations:

  • If you want to return additional items after submitting the initial return form (as modifications to the return form are not possible due to customs declaration requirements).
  • If your free return allowance for the order has already been used.
  • If you prefer to use a courier service other than Evri.

Step-by-Step Guide for Sending a Return at Your Own Cost

  1. Prepare the Return Parcel:

    Carefully pack the items you wish to return. You may reuse the original packaging, but ensure all old labels are removed. Include the following inside the parcel:

    • A printed copy of the invoice for the order (mandatory for customs clearance).
    • If the invoice is unavailable, include a handwritten note with your order number, email address, and a brief description of the items being returned.
  2. Address the Parcel:

    Use the following return address:

  3. Choose a Courier Service:

    Select a courier service of your choice and send the parcel to the address above. Please note that all costs associated with the return, including shipping fees and customs-related formalities, are the responsibility of the sender.

  4. Keep Proof of Shipping:

    Ensure you obtain and keep proof of postage, including a tracking number, until your return has been fully processed and refunded.

Important Information

  • Reserved covers the cost of the first return for each order, including all customs-related formalities. Any subsequent returns are at the customer's expense.
  • Once a return form has been submitted, it cannot be modified due to customs declaration requirements. Products not listed on the initial form must be sent separately at your own cost.
  • Items from different orders must not be combined into one return parcel to comply with customs regulations.

What Happens Next?

Once your parcel is received at our warehouse, our team will process your return and issue a refund within 14 days. You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
