How to Return Your Order as a Guest

We understand that returning items should be as simple and hassle-free as possible, even if you placed your order without creating an account. Please follow the steps below to initiate a return for your order.

Before starting, please make sure you are logged out of all accounts to avoid any issues accessing the guest return form.

Step-by-Step Guide for Guest Returns

  1. Access the Guest Return Form:

    If you did not create an account during your purchase, please use the following link to access the return form: Guest Return Form. If you did not receive the link, this will help you retrieve it.

  2. Complete the Return Form:

    Enter your order details, including the order number and the email address used during the purchase. In the "Billing Last Name" field, please ensure to enter the last name provided during the order process. Select the items you wish to return and provide the reason for the return. Once completed, confirm your return request.

  3. Receive Your Prepaid Evri Return Label:

    After submitting the return form, you will receive an email with a prepaid Evri return label. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

  4. Prepare Your Parcel:

    Securely pack the items you wish to return. You may reuse the original packaging; however, please remove the previous shipping label. Important: Include a printed copy of the invoice inside the parcel. If the invoice is unavailable, please include a handwritten note with your order number and email address to facilitate customs clearance.

  5. Drop Off Your Parcel:

    Attach the prepaid return label securely to the package and drop it off at your nearest Evri ParcelShop. You can locate the nearest ParcelShop by using this link: Evri ParcelShop Locator.

  6. Refund Process:

    Keep the proof of posting provided by Evri. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

Important Notes

  • Returns are free for the first request per order. Any subsequent returns will be at the customer’s expense, including all shipping and customs-related formalities.
  • Due to customs requirements, it is not possible to combine items from separate orders in a single return parcel.
  • Once the return form is submitted, it cannot be modified due to customs declaration requirements.
