What should I do if I did not receive a return label?

If you have created a return form in your customer account or through the Guest Return Form and requested a return label from Evri to be sent to your email address, please note the following:

When Can I Expect the Label?

Return labels are typically sent within 24 hours of submitting the return form. Please also check your junk or spam folder for emails from Evri, as automated emails sometimes end up there.

What to Do If You Haven’t Received the Label?

If you haven’t received your return label within 24 hours, you can take the following steps to resolve the issue independently:

  • Double-check that you provided the correct email address when submitting the return form.
  • Ensure the return form was successfully submitted. You can verify this by logging into your customer account under "My Orders" and confirming the return status.

Important Notes

  • Each order is entitled to one free return. Ensure your return form accurately reflects the items being returned, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
  • Due to customs requirements, each return parcel must correspond to a single order, and products from multiple orders cannot be combined into one return.
  • If you are returning the parcel in its original packaging, please ensure that the previous shipping label is removed. Otherwise, the package may be mistakenly returned to you.
