Where can I find my order number?

If you have created an order as a registered customer, you may view your order number in your customer account, under the ‘My Orders’ tab. If you’re having trouble finding the number, you may also view it in the confirmation e-mail of your order (in the subject of the e-mail) or on the delivery label on the order packaging.

We recommend to register before placing an order as this allows you to view your whole order history, to view and modify your data, track your order and to create and track your returns, to name a few. If you cannot find your order number despite this, here are some helpful tips below (depending on your payment method):

Order paid for with Klarna:

  1. Go to the Klarna website or app,
  2. Log in using your credentials,
  3. Click on ‘My Klarna’,
  4. Proceed to ‘Orders’,
  5. Click on the desired order,
  6. Once the order summary page opens up, you can view your order number under the ‘Store order reference’ topic at the bottom.

Order paid for by credit/debit card:

The order number should be visible on the official transaction confirmation from your bank, however, please note that this is dependent on your bank. In order to obtain the proof of payment from your bank, go to your payment history, click on the specific transaction and see if you have the option to download a transaction confirmation. Should you have any problems with this, please do not hesitate to ask your bank’s customer service for assistance.

Order paid for with PayPal:

  1. Go to the PayPal website,
  2. Login using your credentials,
  3. Click on the ‘Activities’ menu option,
  4. Find the transaction by filtering through your recent activities (you may filter by date, order amount etc.),
  5. Open the transaction,
  6. Your order number will be available under the ‘Invoice ID’ topic.
