What happens after my order has been confirmed?
After you have accepted the contents of your basket, filled out your details and finalised your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us with your order number.
If your order has been paid for correctly, its status will change to 'In progress'. This means that our team has started to prepare your order for shipment. Once your order has changed its status to 'Completed', it means that the parcel has been completed and is waiting to be collected by the courier company.
Once the parcel has been sent, you will be informed of this fact by e-mail. If some of the items from your order are unavailable, you will also be informed of this by e-mail.
Our priority is to process our customers' orders as fast as possible.
