What should I do if I did not receive a return label?
If you have created a return form in your customer account and have requested for a GLS return label to be sent to your e-mail please note that labels are sent within 24 hours (excluding weekends - returns created after 2pm on a Friday will have a label sent on a Monday). Please also remember to check your junk/spam folder when checking for the e-mail from GLS. If you have not yet filed for a return, please proceed to do so first. Should you find that you have not received the label for any reason, please simply contact us through the contact form, by chat, or by phone and we will be more than happy to re-send it to you.
