Technical Problems

During sales and promotions our online store is visited by large amounts of customers, which sometimes tends to slow down our website. Some functions may not work properly, such as: adding items to your shopping basket and checkout functions in general (i.e lack of confirmation sent to your e-mail or difficulties with finalising payments). We make sure to fix any such mishaps as soon as possible.

Some solutions which may help:

  • Having problems with adding a product to your basket? Wait a few moments, refresh the page and try to add the product to your basket again.
  • You haven't received a confirmation e-mail yet? During sales the shopping process takes slightly longer due to large cutomer interest, therefore confirmation e-mails may sometimes come with a slight delay. Please wait a little while before checking your e-mail once again, if the e-mail still hasn't arrived you can always check the status of your order by going into your order history in your account.
  • Difficulties with finalising your online payment? When finalising payments some small errors may sometimes appear. If you're paying by card please make sure that it is equipped with the 3D secure security measure. When finalising payments we suggest to use Google Chrome and a computer instead of handheld devices. Other browsers/devices tend to make our website generate errors.
