Types of delivery
We deliver to most regions within Luxembourg.
Standard courier delivery
Our parcels are delivered using GLS delivery service. Standard delivery time takes 2-7 working days. The cost of delivery is €4,99 (incl. VAT) or free of charge is you spend over €50*. Watch out for free delivery days! After your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number which will allow you to follow the progress of your parcel. The GLS courier will attempt to deliver your parcel twice. If he is unsuccessful both times, then the parcel will be returned to us and your money will be fully refunded (including shipping costs, if incurred).

During times of sales and promotions we receive an increased number of orders, which may cause delivery times to be extended. Current delivery times and costs are visible when placing an order (during checkout).
