What should I do if I received a damaged parcel or wrong products?
If the contents of your parcel have been damaged in any way, please contact our Customer Service immediately (preferably by e-mail) and attach photos of the damage. The following step is to create a return form, add a description of the damage to the box and send the item/s back to us.
If you have received the wrong products, please also contact our Customer Service either by chat, contact form or phone. The following step is to create a return form, enclose a written description of the situation inside the box and send the item/s back to us.
